I just thought I would dedicate a page to those of you who would like to leave a message and maybe a little about yourself and your blog, so I can visit you. I’d love to hear any comments you might have about my blog, so don’t be shy. Thanks!
I’ve had to turn off the comments on this page for a while thanks to tons of spam. You could always email me-   lolly_de(at)gmx(dot)de

I think you have done a wonderful merge of some of my themes and made a unique site for yourself.
Good luck and keep up the good work !
Thanks.

I love your site but have such a hard time reading the print…it is very small and very fuzzy…as a result of being very small I think.
Love all your sewing and knitting.

Try this again..! Learned to knit, crochet from my grandmother and aunt, and Mom when I was 3 or 4 yrs old. have made quite a few things: sweaters, scarves, doilies and stuff. Now I’m a member of Warm Up Barberton(OHIO) a part of Warm Up America which makes afgans, baby things for the poor, homeless, and babies. Think I’ve made at least 100 pr of booties (knitted) along with bonnets, blankets for babies. Love doing it but with all the books I want to read, having just finished Harry Potter – #6, 2 book discussion groups, TV, I don’t seem to have much time to make stuff for ME! Am starting a sock knitting class next Monday 8-8-05. Managed a pr of socks for me last year, but they’re so large that even for bed socks they come off if I even move my foot an inch…..maybe some lessons will help, eh?
I’m 65+ — as of yesterday…how time flies. So many things to do, so little time…
God Bless and happy needles to all…..Lois

Hi from yet another American living in Germany. Saw your comment on Gromit Knits and thought I’d just stop by and say Guten Tag. My kids are older than yours (10 and 13), and it’s funny to see how the knitting projects change. My 13-y.o. daughter will be getting a felted/knitted ensemble including socks and a purse embellished with skulls instead of cute kitties.

Hiya,
Thanks so much for publishing your favorite shops. We’re driving up to Berlin tonight and I have a whole day tomorrow to toddle around and check them out
Any other suggestions for Berlin?

Hi there! I have a question for you about your cabled fingerless glove pattern. Do you know another yarn that I can substitute for the Filo? I can’t fing this yarn here in Pennsylvania. Also, did you ever find any mistakes in your pattern? I am new to knitting, so I think I would probably knit right over them….just wanted to check!
Thank you!

Hello,
I just wanted to properly thank you for your fingerless mitts pattern. I finished mine this week and love them. You left a comment on my blog about adding them to your gallery. You are welcome to take any of the pictures I have posted on my blog – http://pegsandneedles.blogspot.com/
Thanks again,

Hi, I ran across the “I’m fit and I knit” button since I just joined the midatlantic knitting ring. I love that. I would like to “join” so to speak, I am still on my way to my ideal weight but I’ve been working hard and am actually entering a fitness/figure contest November 18th. My husband cracks up at this but one of the big motivating factors is being able to knit more garments for myself for cheaper and also a lot quicker! Anyway, you can check my blog out at fitchickknits.blogspot.com

Hallo,
Ines

Hi from The Netherlands,
So you are the inventor of The Sockfish! Great work and is it for sale?
And your Socktobersock is great! Don’t you love that yarn? I’m making a kneehigh sock from it right now.
